Your order will be shipped using the United Parcel Service. Please refer to www.ups.com for delivery information or restrictions. All perishable items will be packed and shipped the same day to ensure freshness. Any item ordered after 1 pm will not be packed and shipped until the next business day. Perishable items will not be shipped on Friday. Orders placed after 1 pm Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday to insure your product will be fresh when received. We pack frozen polishes with ice packs for better shipping preservation. We also use dry ice for longer shipments. However, when shipping will take more than two days for delivery, we suggest using a shipping service other than Ground Service.
Refunds / Returns
Due to the nature of our product we cannot except returns on perishable items. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with one of our products please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your shipment so we can work with you to make it right. If you choose to use Ground Service delivery on shipments that take more than 2 days to receive, we will not be responsible for your product. *Handling fees are non-refundable*.
